Bulls & Bears Golf Day 2019

Thunderstorms, rain and lightning threatened us all day and swirled around us as we played but ultimately held off till we were safely in the clubhouse. The field comprised 70 willing golfers aiming to chase down the Bulls and Bears perpetual trophy.

Of course, there was the added incentive of winning a Porsche as a hole in one prize. Unhappily the car, kindly supplied by Porsche Centre Parramatta left the course as it arrived on a truck rather than in the company of a lucky golfer.

We did, however, see some fine golf from the ‘gun’ team from Wilson Asset Management winning the day with an impressive 12 under.
Thank you to everyone for the positive feedback and suggestions on how we might improve.

Days like this take a great deal of work and the committee extends their thanks to Celeste and Jayne from the Heart Foundation for the power of work they put in to make it enjoyable and successful for everyone come event day.

As an Organising Committee, we would like to acknowledge the support of all our financial supporters and golfers who put their hand in their pocket to support fundraising for the event come auction time.
